Main Street Tie Break Cup huge succes!!

For the first time in the history of Aruba, the middle of the Main street was turned into a gigantic beach!

Hosting the Tie Break Cup, 40 teams played for one day beach tennis ‘downtown’.

With a super tie break till 10 points, starting @ 11 am with pool play going into the elimination and finishing with the finals at 8pm!

The event was an initiative of Minister Richard Visser and Benny Sevinger of the Aruban government and organized by BTA.

Results:

Women Open > Marieke Buuts/Betza Rasmijn - Natasja Rudolphus/Michelle Boset 10 – 8.

Men Open       > Jossy Mansur/Aksel Samardzic – Cado de Lannoy/Jhonny Zimmerman 13 – 11.
